Questions

Is Weavendo taking on clients yet?

The first offer is being prepared now. If you have an enquiry workflow you'd like fixed, send a message on LinkedIn and we'll talk it through.

Who is behind Weavendo?

Weavendo is a one-person business. The person who scopes your workflow is the same person who builds it, tests it, and hands it over.

Do I need to buy new software?

Usually not. We start with what you already pay for, like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and your CRM. If one small extra tool would make a real difference, we'll explain why and what it costs before anything changes.

Will you host anything, or ask me to run servers?

No. Weavendo doesn't do self-hosting. Workflows run on cloud tools you already use, or ones you approve.

How much does it cost?

Each workflow gets one fixed price, agreed after a short scoping conversation and before any work starts. Prices aren't published yet.

What tools do you work with?

Common office tools: Outlook and Microsoft 365, Gmail and Google Workspace, web forms, spreadsheets, and the CRM or case system you already run. During scoping we check whether your system can be connected safely, before you pay for anything.

Is AI making decisions about my clients?

No. AI helps with reading, sorting, and drafting. A person approves anything that gets saved or sent.

What happens if something breaks?

Each workflow is built to stop and say so instead of guessing. The handoff notes cover what to check first, and the support terms are written into your quote.

Where AI fits

AI does the reading.
A person makes the call.

AI is useful for messy text. It is not the right thing to decide who your clients are or what gets sent to them.

Good jobs for AI

  • Pulling names and dates out of a long email
  • Sorting enquiries so each reaches the right person
  • Drafting a first reply for someone to check
  • Spotting likely repeats for a person to confirm

Kept for a person

  • Whether to take on a client or a case
  • Anything sent to a customer, before it goes out
  • Anything involving money, deadlines, or legal weight
  • What to do when the system isn't sure

In the demo, that's step three: nothing is saved until someone approves it. Try it yourself

Is this a fit?

Made for small teams with busy inboxes.

Who this suits, and who it probably doesn't.

Good fit

  • A small business or professional practice, roughly 2 to 20 people
  • You already run on established tools: email, a CRM or case system, documents, spreadsheets
  • One routine job takes hours every week, like re-typing enquiries
  • You want a person checking the steps where a mistake costs money

Probably not a fit

  • You want someone to host and run servers for you
  • You're shopping for a cheap AI subscription
  • You want a whole new platform instead of fixing one workflow
  • You need it live tomorrow, with no time for testing
