Weavendo / Demo
Watch an enquiry become a record
This page runs Weavendo's first workflow in miniature. An enquiry arrives, gets checked, waits for a person to review it, then becomes a CRM record, a follow‑up task, and a note to the owner. Everything runs in your browser with sample data. There are no real integrations or clients, and nothing is sent anywhere.
Demonstration with dummy data1 · Enquiry comes in
2 · Workflow steps
- 1Validate enquiryChecks name, email format, and message are present.
- 2Duplicate checkSame email on the same day is flagged instead of creating a second record.
- 3Human reviewThe draft waits here. A person approves before anything is committed.
- 4Create CRM recordRecord is appended with source, message, and received time.
- 5Create follow-up taskDue the next business day at 9:00, assigned to the owner.
- 6Notify the ownerOne message summarising the enquiry, the record, and the task.

3 · Result
Nothing here yet. Run the workflow above and approve the draft, and the CRM record and the follow-up task show up here.
4 · Tests (they actually run)
These checks execute the same functions the workflow uses, with fixed inputs. Re-run them any time.
5 · Handoff notes
- What this flow does: captures an enquiry, validates it, flags same-day repeats, waits for human approval, then writes one CRM record, one follow-up task, and one owner notification.
- Where the human checks in: step 3. Nothing is committed until a person approves the draft. That is deliberate: automation does the typing, a person keeps the judgment.
- What changes in a real engagement: the same shape, connected to your actual tools. Real form or inbox at the start, your real CRM or case system in the middle, your email or chat channel at the end. The review step, the duplicate check, and the tests come along with it.
- How you would operate it: the daily routine is the notification, the task list, and the review queue. Nothing else to babysit. If a step fails, it stops and says so instead of guessing.
